"My experience of Ecocute from the initial query has been very good. I spoke with Connor, who was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He gave clear information and was helpful even making suggestions which would give us a cheaper option than my initial thoughts. I got a number of quotes including one from Ecocute, and chose to use Ecocute. I have selected a 10kWh Battery, which would be installed first and at a later date - when I have had my roof renewed - a 3.2kWh solar PV array installed on my roof. I have had a number of email and telephone conversations following the first contact, and all of my questions have been answered respectfully and clearly. Allowing me to make an informed choice of what will be the best system for me. The battery was installed yesterday by Corey, who arrived early, and was very professional throughout the install. The job - which is of a high standard - was completed by 1pm, including Corey handing over the installation and showing us how to use the App. I look forward to tge installation of my Solar PV system.
